Yeah I know-RULES!

1.
No Website, No Adoption No website means just that--No Web/Online Galleries, No MSN or Yahoo Groups etc. They do not have the ability to have the scripts in place that are required! I pay for these adoptions or spend time making them-- and I reserve the right to refuse anyone who does not meet the criteria.
2. It must have content and not be "Under Construction" and must have more than three pages of content.
3. It MUST be in ENGLISH or have an ENGLISH translation. I do not speak other languages fluently nor can I spend my time hunting down a translatable page or translator so please understand! If you feel your site meets the requirements and is not in English you may feel free to email me and if I can make sense of it I may consider it.
4. site then it is not the place for any of these adoptables.
5. These are meant for your PERSONAL SITE USE only as decoration. They MAY NOT be offered in any other collection, colaberation, cd, adoption shops, groups etc for free OR profit nor used in emails unless specifically stated in the adoption. You MAY NOT share them in groups or forums. You MAY NOT use them to create websets, incredimail, or any other email program. You MAY NOT use them to make buttons, sig tags, scrapping items, banners, tubes, awards, calling cards, blank tags or anything else! THEY ARE NOT PUBLIC DOMAIN!
6. If your site is a member's only site then you must provide me with a user name and pw so that I can be assured my terms are being met. I will not use it except to spot check when needed unless there is an agreement between us otherwise.
7. Be sure that your URL is in working order when you request. If I cannot get to your site then you will not get your request.
8. I will try to answer you within 48 hours but please keep in mind that I have health issues and a family that from time to time prevents me from doing what I want online.
9. You MUST HAVE ALL scripts in place on your site on EVERY PAGE.--If you do not know what they are see below! on every page. You may find "no right click" scripts at Dynamic Drive It goes anyplace before the </body> tag at the end of your html page.
You MUST HAVE the "Disable Tool Bar" and the "No Drag" scripts These are to be inserted in your html after <head> tag and before the</head> tag.

10. YOU MAY NOT resize, recolor, add text, or change the adoptions in any manner. The copyright belongs to the original artist and all terms must be met if you wish to use them.
11. You MUST LINK every adoption on the page it is located on back to my site. www.rds.raynescraps.com . You will be given a certificate with the adoption and again IT MUST BE ON THE SAME PAGE as the adoption.
12. I retain the right to refuse any adoption request. I normally will let you know why but please understand sometimes I cannot allow it under terms from the artist I purchased it from or you do not have all the other terms met.
13. If you are asking for a friend ALL OF THE TERMS also apply to their site and their information must be given to me so I can check it as if it was your site.
14. Terms are subject to change with no notice as time goes by or I add to my adoptables.
